Delete your tomobil. account.

You can delete your account from the app: open Account → Delete account and confirm. This is the fastest route because it verifies you are the account owner.

If you cannot sign in, email support@tomobil.app with the phone number or email used for your account and the words “Delete my TOMOBIL account”. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.

The form below opens your email app. It does not store your information on this website and does not depend on the backoffice being online.

What is removed

We remove or anonymise account data and user content where practicable. Some safety, fraud-prevention, legal, and audit records may be retained for a limited period, as described in the Privacy policy. Deletion is normally processed within 30 days.
