Terms of use
These terms explain how to use tomobil., a marketplace for discovering vehicles, sharing stories, and contacting sellers and automotive service providers. By creating an account or using an account to publish content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or publish content.
Using tomobil.
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service lawfully. One person may maintain one account per phone number. We may ask a dealer or service provider to complete approval before seller tools become available.
Community content and safety
Listings, stories, messages, photos, reviews, and reports are user-generated content. Do not publish content that is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, threatening, infringing, or unsafe. Do not impersonate another person or business, manipulate vehicle information, spam users, or attempt to contact children for inappropriate purposes.
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant TOMOBIL. a limited licence to host, display, moderate, and promote it inside the service. Use the in-app report and block controls; safety concerns can also be sent to support@tomobil.app. We review reports, remove violating content, and may suspend accounts.
Plans, prices, and payments
In the first release, no payment can be initiated or completed in the app. Dealer and service-provider plans, boosts, and advertising packages are informational only and are not subscriptions or purchases. A provider may display the price of a physical automotive service; TOMOBIL. does not collect that payment.
Availability and responsibility
Vehicle and service information comes from users and providers; verify important details directly. TOMOBIL. is not a party to a vehicle sale or physical service arrangement. We may change or suspend features to protect users and the service.
Account closure
You can request deletion in the app or at tomobil.app/delete-account. Limited safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
